We ship worldwide. Below are the details regarding processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping conditions.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During high-demand periods (new drops, promotions), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

2. Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders of $109 USD or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates vary by destination. The following are general guidelines and are not guaranteed:

  • United States: 5-12 business days

  • Europe: 7-15 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 8-18 business days

  • Middle East & Africa: 10-20 business days

  • Rest of world: 10-25 business days

These estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

4. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. We are legally required to declare the full value of all shipments on customs documents and cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue declarations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or via our Track My Order page. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at orynlaeth@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local postal carrier. If the package cannot be located within 5 business days of the marked delivery date, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
