Orders & Payment

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately at orynlaeth@gmail.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfilment.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely at checkout.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email.

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at orynlaeth@gmail.com with your name and order date and we will locate your order.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our checkout is hosted on Shopify's encrypted infrastructure. We do not store your card details. All payments are processed through certified, PCI-compliant providers.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Free shipping on all orders of $109 USD or more. Orders below that threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 8–18 business days
  • Middle East & Africa: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: up to 25 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the Track My Order page on our site.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to duties and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received anything.

Check with neighbors or building reception first. If the package cannot be located within 5 business days of the marked delivery date, email us at orynlaeth@gmail.com. Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Items marked Final Sale, accessories, and jewelry are non-returnable. Email us before sending anything back.

How do I initiate a return?

Email orynlaeth@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, initiate a return and place a new order. Availability is not guaranteed on limited drop items.

I received a damaged or wrong item.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orynlaeth@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Products & Sizing

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

How should I care for my pieces?

Always follow the care label attached to each garment. As a general rule: cold wash or hand wash, hang to dry, avoid tumble drying.

Will sold-out pieces be restocked?

No. Each drop is produced in limited quantities with no restock planned. Join our newsletter to be notified of future drops first.
