We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Item is in its original, unworn, unwashed condition

Item has all original tags attached

Item is in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly excluded from returns and refunds:

Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

Accessories including jewelry and socks

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Items without original tags or packaging
Given the limited and non-restocked nature of our drops, we strongly encourage you to verify sizing and product details before purchasing. Drop items may be designated Final Sale at our discretion.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at orynlaeth@gmail.com with:

The reason for the return
We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.
4. Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orynlaeth@gmail.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the limited nature of our inventory. If you require a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order. Availability is not guaranteed.
